C Soprano saxophone by Conn with audio test

Conn C Soprano New Wonder I, this is one of my collection favorite sax. Conn is an historical American manufacturer and this is an unusual Soprano because it’s tuned in C while usually are instruments in Bb; this presumably for an easy playing when it was necessary playing in ostiche keys for instruments in Bb. This sax was built in 1921, these musical instruments were built for use in military bands and in rare occasions in some symphonies. It has a unique sound, the mechanics obviously not as easy as a modern sax but it is not an obstacle to the playability.
